- 摘要：
基于乌昌一体化的背景，指出现有的道路交通难以满足经济发展的需求，从而提出在乌鲁木齐市建设市内轻轨和乌昌地区建设城际轻轨的初步构想。以人们的出行需求和主要地物的分布特点等因素为基础设计路线方案和站点分布，并运用多项式曲线模型对客运量进行预测，据此设计轻轨的运行方案和工程实施计划。在经济快速发展的今天，轻轨交通已成为一种必然的趋势，针对乌昌一体化提出轻轨交通的初步构想，具有一定的前瞻性和可行性。 - 关键词：
乌昌一体化；轻轨交通；构想；客运量； - Abstract: Based on the background of Urumqi-Changji integration, the authors point that the current road traffic can't meet the demand of the economic development. A primary conceit is put forward that constructing an urban light rail in Urumqi and an inter-city light rail in the Urumqi-Changji Area. On the basis of some elements, such as people's demand of travel and characters of main objects抎istributing, the channel project and spot distributing are designed. The multinomial-curve model is also used to forecast passenger volume. Because of this, the light rail's run project and the engineering's starting plan are designed. With the rapid economic development, the light rail traffic has become an inevitable trend. The primary conceit has a certain feasibility and current.
