随着社会经济的发展，广州城市土地资源日益紧张，地上空间高度密集化，地价随之暴涨。要遏制这一趋势，达到控制城市增长，增加城市容量，缓解交通堵塞，增加人们的活动空间，实现不占或少占土地的目的，开发利用广州城市地下空间资源成为必然的选择。文章主要探讨了广州城市地下空间开发利用模式及其存在的一些问题，同时提出了关于广州城市地下空间开发利用的发展策略，希望能够对广州城市地下空间的开发利用和可持续发展提供一点有益的意见。 - 关键词：
地下空间；开发利用模式；可持续发展； - Abstract: Along with the social economy development, the population grows unceasingly in Guangzhou, the land resource is tight day by day, the ground space is highly crowded, and the land-rent value also rises suddenly along with it. In order to curb this tendency, to achieve controls over urban grow, to increase urban capacity, to alleviate the traffic jam, to increase people's active space, and to occupy no land or small amount of land, it is inevitable to develop and use the underground space resources of Guangzhou. This article mainly discusses the development and utilization pattern and some existence questions in Guangzhou, which is simultaneously accompanied by some countermeasures about the underground space development and using in Guangzhou, with the hope to provide a beneficial opinion in the sustainable underground space development in Guangzhou.
