结合沈阳市铁西区工人村的更新改造设计，应用生态的可持续发展的保护思想，根据工人村的实际情况，提出具体的更新改造思路，挖掘旧工业居住区的潜力，利用转换其原有建筑性质的方法营建富有生机和活力的新氛围，促进地区经济的振兴，激励城市健康发展，同时也为其他旧工业居住区的更新改造提供可借鉴的模式。 - 关键词：
更新改造；旧工业居住区；铁西区工人村； - Abstract: In the renewal and reform design of Gongrencun in Tiexi district, Shenyang, this paper uses a protective theory of sustainable development on ecology and provides a detailed renewal and reform method to this issue. The design is based on the fact of Gongrencun, and tries to find the potentialities of the old industrial community. With the method of changing the properties of the existing buildings, we could create a new aura full of vital energy. It can not only accelerate the development of local economy and the healthy development of the city, but also supply an available reference mode to the renewal and reform design of the other old industrial communities.
