创意产业园已经成为不少城市新的投资增长区。文章通过对京沪等地的实地调查，分析了我国大城市创意产业园的开发模式与集聚动力，指出了园区发展在产业定位、引资方式、地产经济与土地产权等方面普遍存在的若干问题，并从市场、政府和开发商三方探讨其成因，继而提出创意产业园的改进策略。 - 关键词：
创意产业园；政府治理；创意集群； - Abstract: Based on the field work of the following six cities (Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzh ou, Xi’an, Ch engdu and Chongqing), this article firstly outlines the development models of creative industrial parks in China. Secondly, the authors point out the main four defects which exist in most parks, then analyses their reasons caused by market mechanism, local authorities, and property developers. In the end, the authors put forward some improvements for the creative parks.
