发展低碳经济是我国建设资源节约型社会和环境友好型社会的迫切需求、重要突破口、主要实现途径。借鉴国际经验，结合我国国情，提出了我国建设低碳城市的本质要求。并从降低能源消耗、优化能源结构、增强碳汇能力等3 个方面论述了我国建设低碳城市的规划构想。 - 关键词：
低碳经济；低碳城市；城市规划； - Abstract: Developing low carbon economy is an integrative field of between constructing resource-conserving society and environment-friendly society (that is two-type society), and also is an imminent demand, an important breakthrough point and a realization route for constructing two-type society. Then, the inherent of constructing low carbon cities in China is discussed. Finally, some planning ideas of constructing low carbon cities are put forward, including that reducing energy consumption, optimizing energy structure and increasing carbon collection, etc.
