目前城市边缘区在发展中存在着布局分散、资源浪费、环境污染、社会分异等问题。要解决和改善这些问题，必须在分析城市边缘区发展现状的基础上，加强�统一规划，应用合理有效的城市设计策略与方法，并重视城市设计的过程控制与实施�障，以促进城市边缘区和谐、有序地发展。 - 关键词：
城市边缘区；空间；环境；城市设计； - Abstract: The urban fringes are transitional zones from cities to rural area, which have advantages of position and resources. But there are some problems such as land resources waste, environment pollutions, society separation, loosing of regional characteristics in urban fringes. To resolve and improve above problems, and for promoting harmonious and orderly development in urban fringe, it is necessary that unified planning should be enforced, reasonable and effective urban design tactics be applied.
