- 摘要:
针对我国大中城市房价过高、严重背离城镇居民可支付能力的问题,认为制度设计不完善是现行保障性住房政策存在的问题根源。要实现居民的住房权利,除了需要建立迥然不同于中国的房地产市场机制——公众自由参与的市场机制之外,还应该扩大保障性住房政策的覆盖范畴,建立中国城市住房的“大保障”体系。 - 关键词:
住房保障体系;住房补贴;商品住房 - Abstract: The high price of housing in Chinese major cities can be a serious departure from the urban residential affordability. This paper argues that the existing related policy was the root causes of the problem. To protect the rights of residents¡¯ housing, in addition to the need to establish a new real estate market mechanism, the public to participate freely in the market mechanism, should also extend the coverage of housing protection policy, and construct a broad housing protection system in China¡¯s cities.
