总结了当前全球城市转型的4个基本趋势,认为生态与可持续已成为城市发展的核心理念，基于ICT技术的智慧城市建设将改变人们的生产生活方式，文化创意功能提升与紧凑集约发展是后工业城市转型发展的内在要求。在此基础上，提出建立生态与经济共进、人文与科技并举的“智慧南京”的目标，并探讨了实现这一目标的基本途径和规划创新思路。 - 关键词：
城市转型；生态；智慧城市；规划创新；南京； - Abstract: The paper summarizes four currents of global urban development, and eco-city and its sustainable development had been the key idea of urban development. Intelligent city based on ICT techniques would bring an innovation of people’s life style, creative city and compact city would be necessary for the transformation of cities in post-industrial era. The author believes that Nangjing should build an intelligent city, integrating ecology, economy, technique and human to meet the city transition, some paths of city transition and innovation of city planning are given and discussed.
