- 摘要：
城市消防站的合理布局与选址，是高效
发挥消防救助力量、保障城市安全运行
的基础。本文以《南京市消防站用地控
制专项规划》为例，通过建立基于GIS的
消防站布局优化模型，探讨了城市用地
火灾危险等级、城市道路网密度、道路
通行能力等影响要素对消防救灾能力的
影响，提出了优化消防站布局规划的方

location choice of urban firehouse is the
base to efficiently develop the potential
of fire fighting and to secure the urban
operation safely. Taking the case study
of The Special Planning of the Control
of Land Use for Firehouse in Nanjing as
an example, by establishing a GIS-based
optimization arrangement model of urban
firehouse, the paper explores the
impacts of affecting factors, such as fire
risk grading of urban landuse, urban density
of road network, road traffic capacity,
to the capability of fire fighting for salvaging
disaster, and provides methods for
the optimization of arrangement planning
of fire house.
