- 摘要：
本文采用城市人居环境的综合得分作为
测算对象，选择1987～2005年的数据对
环渤海19个代表性城市的人居环境建设
水平首次进行城市首位度、位序—规模
法则、分形理论的分析计算，定量阐释
了研究区域城市人居环境建设的均衡程
度及其时空演变趋势。结果表明：（1）随
着时间的发展，研究区域内城市间人居
环境建设水平的均衡性不断增强，整体
水平也在不断提高；（2）环渤海地区城
市首位分布不明显，首位城市的垄断力
在不断下降；（3）城市人居环境综合得
分的空间分布由“单核心”向“三核心”
转变，到2005 年基本形成北京、大连、
青岛的三角格局；（4）根据城市人居环
境位序—规模曲线形状的变化，将环渤
海所选城市划分成三类：人居环境较好
型、人居环境一般型、人居环境较差型。 - 关键词：

of urban human settlements as the measurable
target, and Selected the data from
1987 to 2005, the paper analyzed the
quality of urban human settlements with
urban primacy index, rank-size rule and
fractal theory among nineteen cities in
Bohai-rim for the first time. It also illustrated
the balanced level of urban human
settlements and its space-time evolution
quantitatively. The result shows that:
firstly, with the time going, the level of
human settlements among different cities
tended to be balanced and also we
can see the overall level was increasing
gradually. Secondly, the urban primacy
distribution in Bohai-rim agglomeration
was not obvious and with the time going
the primacy city's monopoly power declined
gradually. Thirdly, the spatial distribution
of urban human settlements
transferred from the ‘single-core’ to the
‘three-core’, and to 2005, Beijing, Dalian
and Qingdao has been the ‘triangular
structure’of the region. At last, according
to the curve shape, we claimed that
the selected cities of Bohai-rim could be
divided into three categories: better living
environment, general living environment
and poor living environment.
