塌陷湖开拓利用与生态修复是对采煤塌
陷破坏自然环境与资源的一个修复和补
救的重要内容。塌陷区生态修复不可能
完全恢复到采矿前原有的状况,这也是
不可行的。可用生态工程,依据生态学
原理,通过优化组合生物的、物理的、化
学的和工程的多种途径和措施,修复被
破坏的生态系统,最终达到人与自然和
谐,经济、资源、生态环境协调发展。其
指导思想和基本原则是“整体、协调、自
生、循环”等,以及落实贯彻科学发展
观。本文还结合淮北市的具体现状,提
出应用这些原则,对塌陷湖的生态修
复、保育和开拓利用生态工程的一些具
体建议和措施。 - 关键词:

oriented city, very great economic
profit are brought and social development
are promoted by mining for coal, while
mach damages to the ecological environment
and natural resources are . Among
these damage, the most severe one is the
collapse of a wide range of farmland and
etc. by coal mining and the deterioration
of s ec o ndary environment b y the
collapse. It is inevitable and necessary
to carry out economic restructuring and
ecological restoration for the development
of such city. The exploitation,utilization
and ecological restoration of collapse
lake is one of these important
contents.It is also the restoration and
remedy focusing on the damage to natural
environment and resources caused by
coal mining collapse. It is neither possible
nor feasible to restore the collapse
area to the conditions where it was used
to be through ecological restoration. It is

to res tore the d amaged eco system
through optimized combination of various
biological, physical, chemical and
engineering approaches and measures,
and finally reach the harmony between
human and nature, and the coordinated
development of economy, resource and
ecological environment. The guiding ideology
and fundamental principle of this
eco lo gical engineering is “ho lism,
coordination, self-resilience, circulation”
and etc. as well as the implementation
of scientific view of development. The
article also combines the present specific
situation of Huaibei to propose the application
of these principles, and provides
some specific suggestions and measures
about ecological restoration and
conservation, exploitation and utilization
of this ecological engineering at collapse
lake.
