以高邮历史街区为例，从历史街区的民众性、历史街区对城市物质系统与人文系统关系的维系、历史街区对城市发展的启示三个方面对历史街区的价值本体进行论述，进而提出“从静止的时间及风貌保护转向动态的历史过程保护、从孤立的建筑保护到广泛联系的空间系统保护”两种基本的历史街区的保护观。 - 关键词：
历史街区；高邮；价值；保护 - Abstract: Taking Gaoyou¡¯s historical district for an example, this paper elaborates its value from three aspects as follows: local resident¡¯s needs£¬how historical district to maintain the relationship between material and human system, how historical district to enlighten the city¡¯s development. Then the authors suggests two basic concepts of historical district¡¯s protection, from the static time and appearance protection to the protection of dynamic historical process, from building protection to the protection of extensive space systems.
