城市旅游在快速发展的同时，也面临着诸多亟待解决的问题。论文将城市“理性增长”的概念引入到旅游领域，提出了城市旅游“理性发展”的理念，并在此基础上对城市旅游“理性发展”的影响要素进行了探讨，为妥善解决现代城市旅游发展所面临的问题提供了参考和借鉴。 - 关键词：
城市旅游；理性发展；要素分析 - Abstract: City tourism is now being fast developed. In the meantime, it is also being confronted with many problems that need urgent solutions. This paper incorporates the concept of ¡°Smart Growth¡± of cities into the field of tourism. By putting forward the idea of ¡°smart development¡± of city tourism, and on this basis then conducting exploration on factor analysis of ¡°smart development¡± of city tourism, this paper provides reference and experience for properly solving the problems that modern city tourism is facing.
