老城区发展不仅是老城区本身的问题，而且对整个城市发展至关重要。关注老城区发展要明确其内容和思路。前者包括：老城区的经济发展、文化发展、社会发展、设施发展、生态发展等；后者包括：充分发挥自身资源优势，保护城区历史文化建筑，提升城区集聚辐射功能，优化环境改善基础设施，优化提升城区产业结构，优化改进城区空间结构，实现老城区可持续发展。 - 关键词：
老城区；发展；城市； - Abstract: The old urban core development is not only for the old core itself, but also an essential issue for the whole city. So we should make sense of the content and the thoughts in the high priority for its development. The former involves the economy, culture, social, infrastructure and the eco-development and so on. The latter includes making full use their advantage in resources, protecting the historical and cultural buildings in urban areas, enhancing the city’s radiation functions, optimizing the environment improvement infrastructures and the industrial structures, improving the urban spatial structure to achieve sustainable development in the old urban core.
