文章以城市土地集约利用内涵为基础，通过土地利用投入、土地利用程度、土地利用效益和土地利用生态环境质量四个方面构建了城市土地利用集约度评价的指标体系，对甘肃省的12 个地级市土地集约利用水平的时空差异特征进行了深入的分析，结果表明：1998 ～2008 年，甘肃省城市土地集约度水平明显提高，呈波动性上升趋势，影响集约度水平的四个因素变化趋势差异显著，其中影响城市土地集约度的主导因素由土地利用程度逐渐转变为土地利用投入水平和土地利用效益；城市土地利用集约度空间差异显著，影响城市土地集约度的各因素的空间差异也十分明显，城市土地集约度的空间形态呈以嘉峪关市和金昌市—武威市和兰州市—庆阳市为中轴线的“三轴点”式格局分布。 - 关键词：
城市土地利用集约度；时空差异；甘肃省； - Abstract: Based on the connotation of urban land intensive utilization, this article explored the spatial and temporal characteristics of urban land intensive utilization in Gansu province, though the comprehensive evaluation system of urban land intensive utilization. The results of the research show that there was a great improvement during the years of 1998-2008 on the level of urban land intensive utilization, which showed a fluctuating upward trend, the temporal difference of four most important factors changed obviously with time, and the dominant factors transformed during this time; Urban land intensive utilization degree and the dominant factors all took on obvious spatial variances. The spatial form of intensity of urban land presents the “axis points” type of distribution pattern.
