英国建筑师理查德·罗杰斯作为现代建筑风格中“高技派”的创始人之一，其大胆并且引人注目的设计受到了广泛的好评。现在，罗杰斯主要的精力已经从单纯的建筑设计转移到城市整体规划中来，并且成为了一个城市规划、可持续发展和绿色建筑技术的倡导者。本文结合理查德·罗杰斯的有代表性的现代城市规划设计作品，分析探讨了他对“可持续城市”的理论研究以及利用自然资源改善城市生活质量的实践工作。对理查德·罗杰斯是怎样通过更好的设计，创造更紧凑的城市，反映社会和环境的和谐关系，创造一个更合意的城市生活形式的实践成果作出总结和归纳。 - 关键词：
理查德·罗杰斯；利用自然资源；可持续城市设计；作品分析； - Abstract: British architect Richard Rogers, as a modern architectural style in the "high tech" one of the founders, has been widely praised for his bold and striking design. Now, Rogers’s academic focus has shifted from a simple architectural designer to urban planner, and became an advocate to integrate urban planning, sustainable development, and green building technologies. Based on Richard Rogers’s representative works of modern urban planning and design, this paper analyzes his "sustainable city" theory and the use of natural resources and improving urban quality of life of practical work. Richard Rogers’s works on how to design better, how to create a more compact city, how to reflect the harmonious relationship between society and the environment, and how to create a more desirable form of urban life practice are summarized.
