首先运用区位商指标测度长三角16 个城市28 个制造业行业2000 ～2008 年间的产业集聚度，并分析其变化趋势；然后从城市规模、资源状况、劳动力素质与成本、土地成本、生活成本、运输成本、市场规模、基础设施、资金供给、政府政策等角度分析产业集聚度变化的原因；最后得出关于不同规模城市产业发展方向的结论和政策建议。 - 关键词：
产业集聚度；区位商；产业发展；城市规模； - Abstract: Using location quotient index, this paper measures the industry agglomeration degree of twenty-eight manufacturing industries among sixteen cities in the Yangtze River Delta from 2000 to 2008, and analyzes its trend. Then we explain the phenomenon from the perspectives of city’s characteristics, such as population size, resources, labor quality, labor cost, land cost, cost of living, transportation cost, market scale, infrastructure, money supply, government policy and so on. Finally, we put forward industrial transferring and industrial reorientation on the basis of the ranks and sizes among the cities.
