生态社区是城市生态建设的基础单元，其核心内容是社区生态关系的整合和生态服务功能的提升，强调居民家庭、建筑、基础设施、自然生态环境、社区社会服务等要素的有机融合。采取文献分析、公众调查和专家咨询相结合的方式，建立了一套城市生态社区评价指标体系，并以该指标体系为引导，提出从规划、设计、建造到建成后的管理、运营、维护各阶段的生态社区建设策略。 - 关键词：
生态社区；评价指标体系；策略； - Abstract: Sustainable community is the basic cell of developing eco-city. The key point of sustainable community is the integration of ecological relationships and promotion of ecological service functions. The concept of sustainable community emphasizes the organic integrating of households, buildings, facilities, natural environment and social services. Methods of literature review, public investigation and experts’ consultation were applied to establish an indicator system for evaluating urban sustainable communities. Developing strategies of sustainable community, which covers the phases of plan, design, construction, management, operation and maintenance, were put forward in the guidance of the evaluating indicator system.
