随着世界经济危机的到来与中国经济增长方式与社会发展方式的转型，外需拉动的作用逐渐弱化，扩大投资作为救急性政策难以持续，而消费作为拉动城市经济与社会发展的第三大引擎的作用日益显著。文章意在探索世界经济危机宏观背景下，城市消费型转型的特点及其良性循环的社会发展模式。本文运用过程分析法对城市在消费型转型过程中所遇到的产业空心化、经济软性化、社会极化加重等问题进行初步的探讨。最后得出城市消费型转型将是当前世界经济危机背景下城市复兴与良性发展的有效政策的结论。 - 关键词：
城市转型；消费型城市；消费需求；城市问题；国际经济危机； - Abstract: The world economic crisis coupled with the transition of Chinese economic and social development pattern undermines the effect of export on economy. Expanded investment as a crisis solution policy can hardly continue whereas consumption as the third engine plays an increasingly important role in pushing urban economic and social development. This paper explores the characteristics of urban consumption transformation and its mode of the virtuous cycle of social development in the context of global economic crisis. Process analysis is then applied to discuss industrial hollowization, economic softening, and social polarization that follow the evolution of urban consumption transformation. The paper concludes that urban consumption transformation mode is an effective policy for good urban revival and evolution under the present world economic crisis.
