首先从发展模式、空间结构和建筑设计三个方面分析了村镇空间同质化现象，并在实地调研的基础上探讨了造成同质化的原因。结合赤岸实践，提出面向发展的村镇空间保护理念，并从自然环境、人文景观和建筑设计三个层面制�实施策略。 - 关键词：
同质化；特色空间；保护； - Abstract: Firstly, the phenomenon of morphology homogeneity of historic town-village is addressed from the development model, spatial structure and architectural design. And, the reasons causing homogenization is explored on the basis of site-survey. Secondly, taking Chi-an as a case, a theoretical development-oriented model is developed to conservation the spatial characters. At last, the strategies are specified in natural environment, cultural landscape and architectural design.
