城市规划期限研究是一个基础性的问题，但并没有引起足够的重视。文章对规划期限的作用和低效用原因进行了相关探讨；从逻辑关系和规划理论的角度对规划期限进行了分析，并对规划期限提出了一些创新思考。 - 关键词：
规划期限；逻辑关系；规划理论； - Abstract: Urban planning term is a foundational question, but it has not been brought to the forefront seriously. This article carries on the related discussion on the function of the planning term and its low effectiveness and the analysis for the planning term in terms of the logical relation and the planning theory, and proposes some innovation ponders for planning term.
