在未来的40年间，我国的人口老龄化将加速发展。在这个时期，我们面临的新挑战既来自于老龄人口比例的急剧增加，更来自于未来连续两次基于“核心家庭”成为社会和主流、而“传统家庭”逐步淡出的社会结构剧变。针对该问题展开分析，探讨由此引发的城市空间问题以及规划应对策略。 - 关键词：
老龄化；社会结构；规划策略； - Abstract: Within the next four decades, the ratio of China's aging population will be accelerated remarkably. During this period, new challenges are both the sharp increase in the proportion of the elderly population, and the next two consecutive changes of social structure which originate from the trend of the “nuclear family” becoming overwhelming in society. Meanwhile the “traditional family” is gradually fading out. To explore and analyze the resulting issues, this article discusses the spatial issues the cities will face and the planning strategies which might be adapted in future.
