通过对上海交通枢纽型商业中心进行实地考察与调查，分别就城市中心型商业中心、门户型商业中心、城市副中心型商业中心与社区型商业中心四种类型，结合案例进行详尽论述，对比分析。认为交通枢纽型商业地产体现的是一种交通综合体的混合开发模式，而现代交通枢纽型商业中心的开发也更加趋向于以交通功能的完善为主要特征的城市综合体开发发展。 - 关键词：
高速铁路综合客运枢纽；交通衔接设施；配置指标；共享形式； - Abstract: Based on the fieldwork, investigation and cases of transportation hub commercial center in Shanghai, the paper gives us a detailed discussion and comparisons of four types of commercial center, downtown, gateway, sub-center and community. It is believed that transportation hub real estate is an illustration of mixed development mode of transportation complex. And it is a trend that the development mode of transportation hub commercial center is urban complex-oriented with the improvement of transportation function as the main characteristics.
