- 摘要：
低碳社区概念提出以来，世界各国纷纷积极响应；社区是应对全球气候变化、建设低碳城市的重要空间载体之一。文章在对低碳社区的理论和实践的研究基础上，提出低碳社区建设的四种形式：基于地域空间的社区、基于职业空间的社区、基于生活空间的社区和基于虚拟空间的社区。低碳社区体系建构包括技能性、组织性、制度性和文化性四个方面的内容，而建设途径包括社区成员自身的学习过程、社区成员之间的相互影响过程以及社区的集体行动过程三种。最后结合我国社会、经济、文化背景提出建设低碳社区的对策和措施。 - 关键词：
低碳社区；建设框架；社区形式； - Abstract: Community is the efficient form to combat with climate change. This paper sums up the theoretical and practical researches of low-carbon communities, and comes to the following conclusions: Four types of low-carbon communities are included to show the construction of low-carbon communities, which are geographic community, sector based community, interest community, and virtual community. The construct framework of lowcarbon community should be concern on skilled, organizational, institutional, and cultural factors. Three processes are contributing to low-carbon community, which including personal learning, mutual interplaying and collective actions. Finally, according to the particular social, economic and cultural context of China, there are some measures for low-carbon community construct in China.
