作为一个城市公共艺术的总体概念时，城市雕塑是一个完整的系统。城市雕塑系统规划的任务，就是在城市总体规划的层面上对雕塑系统的布局、主题与题材、体量尺度、背景空间、视域控制以及用地需求等做出具体的规划控制与引导，并制定实施与管理的措施。针对规划编制和管理不规范等问题，本文论述了城市雕塑系统规划任务与原则，从前期调研、规划内容和编制技术路线、审批程序和规划成果要求等方面进行了深入的探索。 - 关键词：
城市雕塑系统规划；任务与原则；编制程序；成果要求； - Abstract: City sculpture, as a city's master concept of public art, is a complete system. The task of urban systematic planning of sculpture is to design the sculpture system in urban master planning and to make the specific planning control and management measures in themes and subjects, body mass scale, the background of space, line of sight control and land demand. For the issue of nonstandard in planning and management, we discusses the mission and principles in urban sculptures system plan and conducted an in-depth exploration from early research, content of planning and technical route of preparation, the procedures of examination and approval and planning requirements.
