随着城市经济的发展和人们游憩时间的增多，城市游憩商业区(R B D) 建设越来越受重视。选取发展相对成熟的南京夫子庙R B D 作为研究对象，通过问卷调查获得游憩者需求数据，采用主成分分析法对南京夫子庙R B D 的游憩需求进行分析，得出其游憩需求主要为精神需求、智力需求、商品需求、购物环境需求、缓解压力需求和社会交际需求6 个方面；并运用功能密度指数对南京夫子庙R B D 的功能结构特点进行探讨，发现其存在忽视旅游功能建设、功能集聚程度不够等方面的不足，进而提出如何根据游憩者的需求改善夫子庙RBD 功能结构的建议。 - 关键词：
RBD；游憩需求；功能结构；夫子庙；南京； - Abstract: With the development of urban economy and the increase of recreational time, the construction of Recreational Business District (RBD) has become more and more important. This paper selects Confucius Temple RBD which has developed maturely as the object of study, obtains recreational needs data by methods of questionnaire survey and deals with survey data by principal component analysis, and arrives at its characteristics of recreational needs (including spiritual need, intellect need, shopping need, shopping environment need, releasing stress need and social need). The features of the functional structure of Confucius Temple RBD are discussed by functional density index, and its deficiencies of ignoring touring function, not enough of concentration and so on are found. Based on the above analysis, the authors propose the suggestions on how to improve the functional structure of the Confucius Temple under its recreational needs.
