20 世纪60 年代以来，伴随新自由主义城市空间思潮的影响，以封闭隔离为特征的社区空间私有化现象日趋明显，成为西方典型的城市社区空间景观，这种社区景观被西方学者定义为“封闭社区”。封闭社区的急剧蔓延对城市社会空间结构产生了诸多的影响。本文主要分析了国外封闭社区的发展现状、特征、形成机制、经验反思及对中国城乡空间格局演化的启示和规划应对策略。 - 关键词：
封闭社区；城市空间；发展机制；空间特征 - Abstract: Since 1960s, along with the neoliberal idea, urban space is privatized by gated community rapidly, which becomes a typical urban community space landscape in western countries. This kind of community space landscape is identified as ¡°gated community¡± by western scholars. The rapid sprawl of gated community has put great influences on urban society-space structure. In this thesis, the author analyzed the gated community in the following points: current development, characteristics, evolution mechanism, and reflection of the experiences to urban planning. Furthermore, the planning strategies are given in order to fit in with the needs of the society.
