20 世纪60 年代以来，伴随新自由主义城市空间思潮的影响，以封闭隔离为特征的社区空间私有化现象日趋明显，成为西方典型的城市社区空间景观，这种社区景观被西方学者定义为“封闭社区”。封闭社区的急剧蔓延对城市社会空间结构产生了诸多的影响。本文主要分析了国外封闭社区的发展现状、特征、形成机制、经验反思及对中国城乡空间格局演化的启示和规划应对策略。 - 关键词：
封闭社区；城市空间；发展机制；空间特征； - Abstract: Since 1960s, along with the neoliberal idea, urban space is privatized by gated community rapidly, which becomes a typical urban community space landscape in western countries. This kind of community space landscape is identified as “gated community” by western scholars. The rapid sprawl of gated community has put great influences on urban society-space structure. In this thesis, the author analyzed the gated community in the following points: current development, characteristics, evolution mechanism, and reflection of the experiences to urban planning. Furthermore, the planning strategies are given in order to fit in with the needs of the society.
