不同经济发展阶段下，城市公共管理需求的推动使得城市公共管理理念、运作机制、方式手段得以创新，城市公共管理的实践探索及理论发展也随城市化的深入而不断丰富，形成了不同时期的城市公共管理理论体系。本文对近代、现代及当代的城市公共管理理论演进及其实践发展进行梳理，提出对未来城市公共管理的几点有益启示。 - 关键词：
城市公共管理；新公共管理；数字城市管理体系； - Abstract: In different stages of development, the demands of city public management have raised the innovations in idea, operating mechanisms and methods of city public management. Along with the intensive urbanization process, there has been an abundance of the practical exploration and theoretical development in city public management, which induces different theoretical frameworks of city public management. This paper generalizes the evolution and practical development of recent, modern and contemporary city public management theories, and proposes some inspiration of city public management in the future.
