气候变化背景下上海表现出高度依赖能源的城市经济增长方式；作为区域与国家经济发展中的重要角色，上海在相当长一段时间内还将依靠“效率份额”而非“结构份额”促进城市产业能耗的降低；上海产业空间重构下，由于新兴产业空间与生态脆弱空间的高度重叠，面临海岸带空间产业集聚下潜在生态安全的巨大风险。 - 关键词：
上海；低碳城市；产业能耗；产业布局； - Abstract: Shanghai’s development highly depends on energy performance in the context of climate change. As an important role in regional and national economy, rather than depending on "structure share", Shanghai will rely on "efficiency share" in industrial energy consumption reduction over a period of time. At this stage, Shanghai is experiencing a reconstruction of industrial space. Since the emerging industrial space overlaps with the ecology-vulnerable space, the coastal industry cluster is facing a huge potential risk.
