近年来，随着低碳理念的发展，低碳园区应运而生。结合南京紫东低碳园区项目，提出园区规划建设目标和评价指标体系，并对照国家绿色建筑评价指标体系和园区评价指标体系要求，从总体布局、生态景观、专项规划、绿色技术整合等方面对规划设计方案进行了优化，其思路和手法对今后我国低碳园区的规划建设具有一定参考价值。 - 关键词：
低碳；评价指标体系；南京紫东低碳园区；规划设计优化； - Abstract: In recent years, low carbon’s concept has been realized in many low carbon parks worldwide. The paper, focusing on Zidong low carbon park in Nanjing, puts forward aims of construction and evaluation system, and seeks optimization for planning and design from various fields such as master plan, ecolandscape, specialized planning, eco-tech etc. The conclusion may be a reference for the planning of low carbon parks in the future.
