本文回顾了同城化产生的背景、发展历程、出现的问题，从理论上分析了同城化与城市功能耦合及产业优化的关系。并且归纳总结了4 种目前存在的同城化模式，及每种模式的利弊，最后本文提出了一种改进的同城化模式。本文的结论是，同城化是区域城市发展到一定阶段的产物，可以作为优化城市功能、协调城市发展的一种手段，通过同城化一个区域可以达到提高区域竞争力的目的。 - 关键词：
同城化；城市协调发展；同城化模式；城市功能耦合； - Abstract: The paper reviews the background, development course and problems of the urban cohesion. In this paper, we analyze the relation between industrial optimization, urban cohesion and city function coupling through theoretical perspectives. The paper summarizes four modes of existing urban cohesion, and advantages and disadvantages of each mode. Finally, we offer an improved mode of city cohesion. The paper concludes that the urban cohesion is an inevitable result of urban development and urban cohesion can optimize the city function and coordination of urban development and a region can achieve the objective of enhancing regional competitiveness through urban cohesion.
