本文从分析世界博览会与城市发展之间的内在关系出发，围绕上海2010 年世博会“城市让生活更美好”的主题，诠释和分析了一个让生活更美好的城市（美好城市）应该具备的基本条件。在此基础上，提出了后世博时代我国城市规划范式转型的主要方向及举措。 - 关键词：
世博会；城市化；城市规划；范式转型； - Abstract: Under the analysis of the relations between urban development and the World Expo, the paper puts forward some basic conditions which a happier city (happy city) should have. Based on the subject “better city, better life” in 2010 Shanghai World Expo, the paper proposes main direction of urban planning norm transformation and related approaches.
