本文从分析世界博览会与城市发展之间的内在关系出发，围绕上海2010 年世博会“城市让生活更美好”的主题，诠释和分析了一个让生活更美好的城市（美好城市）应该具备的基本条件。在此基础上，提出了后世博时代我国城市规划范式转型的主要方向及举措。 - 关键词：
世博会；城市化；城市规划；范式转型 - Abstract: Under the analysis of the relations between urban development and the World Expo, the paper puts forward some basic conditions which a happier city (happy city) should have. Based on the subject ¡°better city, better life¡± in 2010 Shanghai World Expo, the paper proposes main direction of urban planning norm transformation and related approaches.
