土地利用是一个系统的、动态的演变过程，具有一定的规律性。目前我国城市化进程明显加快，土地价值日益凸显，出现了土地过度开发和地方政府侵吞农民土地权益的现象。本文探讨了在我国城市化进程中由于城市土地扩张而出现的一些问题，分析了其产生的各种原因，并从土地利用的节约、集约等方面提出了一些政策建议。 - 关键词：
城市化；土地扩张；城中村；节约集约； - Abstract: Land use is a systematic and dynamic process. It follws certain rules. Now,urbanization speeds up and the value of land has become increasingly prominent. There are problems of overdevelopment of land and misappropriation of farmers' land by local government. The paper discusses the problem of land expansion in the urbanization, analyzes the reason, proposes some policy advice about the economical and intensive use of land.
