在申遗背景下，大运河遗产保护规划是一项具有学科交叉特征、需要众多专业协作的繁复工程。其中，遗产价值特色的评估作为规划的重点环节，实质上为遗产的合理划分层级、编制保护区划、制定多元策略和管控要求提供了核心依据与前提保障。为把握“价值判研”的科学合理性，本文结合常州段的河道类遗产保护，尝试着采取“横向+ 纵向”、时空维度相结合的判研策略，一方面在更大的空间范围内，针对其地理状况做出横向比较和整体把握；另一方面则是以时间为纵轴，针对河道本体的变迁做出历史性推演和分析，从而在此基础上推进和完成大运河及相关河道的待评筛查、评估分级和价值判定工作。 - 关键词：
大运河遗产保护规划；河道；价值判研；历史性地图； - Abstract: With the application for World Culture Heritage, the Grant Canal heritages protection plan appears in some nature of inter-discipline and multi-specialty collaboration. As a key link, the heritage value evaluation can play a significant role in the plan. In order to provide reasonable evidences for value evaluation, the paper introduces an analysis method integrating ‘Time’ with ‘Space’: on one hand, it makes a geographical contrast in a wider range; on the other hand, it deduces a historical evolvement of the Grant Canal in a longer span; and consequently, it promotes, evaluation and judge the value of riverway heritages in the Grant Canal heritages protection plan.
