本文基于“贫困疏解”的视角，通过分析低收入群体的居住密度以及与其相关的社会经济因子，从租房和售房政策两大领域综合评述了美国保障性住房政策 , 并从中得出对我国未来发展有价值的启示，以有效减少贫困集聚及由此产生的社会问题。 - 关键词：
贫困疏解；保障性住房政策；集群混居；低收入群体； - Abstract: Through the analysis of the residence density and socio-economic status factors of lower-income households, this paper makes a brief review of the American Housing Program based on deconcentrating poverty, and derives valuable inspiration on China's future development that may help it avoid the poverty concentration and the related social problems.
