城中村形成、发展的过程，是一种具有中国特色的城镇化过程，是一种“城—乡”相互融合的渐进式演进过程。文章以回顾的视角，分析了广州城中村形成、发展的社会经济背景，重新审视广州城中村的演进历程及基本类型，以此作为理解城中村改造政策的基础；之后，系统梳理了广州城中村改造政策，并对其实施效果进行客观评价；最后，对城中村改造政策提出了相应的建议。 - 关键词：
广州；城中村；改造；政策；实施评价 - Abstract: The formation and development of ¡°urban village¡± is the process of urbanization with Chinese characteristics and a gradual evolution of "city-village" mutual fusion. On the review perspective, the social and economic background of the formation and development of the ¡°urban village¡± in Guangzhou was analyzed and the evolution and basic types of ¡°urban village¡± in Guangzhou were re-examined, which is the basis of the comprehension of ¡°urban village¡± reform policies. Afterwards, the ¡°urban village¡± reform policy was analyzed systematically and their effect was evaluated objectively. Finally, some suggestions about ¡°urban village¡± reform policies were put forward.
