交通需求管理是解决当前我国城市交通拥堵与高碳排放问题的当务之急。城市交通需求管理的根本理念是引导人们采取科学的交通行为、理智地使用道路交通设施及其有限资源。结合各国的实践，城市交通需求管理的主要策略有：坚持公交优先、引导小汽车合理使用、发展自行车交通、土地使用与交通用地联合规划、推行步行化模式等。 - 关键词：
交通需求管理；基本理念；国际借鉴；主要策略； - Abstract: Traffic demand management is to solve the current urban traffic congestion and high carbon emissions problem of the moment. The urban traffic demand management is the basic idea of guiding people to take scientific traffic behavior, rationally use road traffic facilities and its limited resources. Combined with the practice of other countries, the urban traffic demand management mains strategy: adhere to the bus priority, guide the car fair use, the bicycle traffic, land use and land for traffic joint planning, implement walking pattern, etc.
