对功能混合以及相关的理论进行梳理和总结，从当前我国大学城普遍存在的功能单一和机械分区现象出发，总结其发展历程、空间特征及存在的主要问题，提出功能混合对大学城建设的启示：引入高新技术产业、居住、商业服务设施等用地，实现土地用途的多样化，并提出多种功能混合模式，实现集约用地和紧凑布局，塑造大学城综合的城市功能和丰富的城市空间形态，从而聚集人气和提升活力。 - 关键词：
功能混合；大学城；活力； - Abstract: After summarizing the related theories about function mix, the paper analyzes the course of development, spatial characteristics and the main problem from the phenomenon of single function and mechanical partition of university city in China and proposes the revelation of the theory about function mix to the construction of University City: the introduction of high-tech industries, residential and commercial service facilities to achieve the diversification of land use, propose multiple modes of function mix to achieve intensive land use and compact layout, create comprehensive urban functions and extensive urban spatial form of the university city to gather popularity and enhance vitality.
