- 摘要：
正确处理好城市化速度与质量的辨证关系，使城市化速度与资源环境承载力相适应，与城市发展及经济发展的客观规律相一致，一直是政府部门和学术界关注的焦点问题。本文总结了当前城市化质量研究领域在理论、方法和实践等方面取得的最新进展，指出了当前研究的薄弱环节，并展望了未来的研究方向。研究认为，理论研究方面已从多元视角诠释城市化发展质量的内涵，但至今尚未形成对“质量”的共识，缺乏对城市化发展质量影响机理及演变规律的系统探讨。方法方面尝试建立多种测度城市化发展质量的指标体系及方法模型，但未形成通用范式。实践方面形成了中国城市化发展速度“过快”、“过慢”两种对立的观点，但尚未达成共识，但仍未将“提质”摆在首要位置，且缺少有效的调控策略。从发展趋势来看，今后应注重城市化发展质量的内涵及机理、时空（时间、空间）演变规律及城市化发展水平与质量的协调性研究。 - 关键词：
城市化；城市化质量；研究进展；研究展望； - Abstract: Government and academia always focus on how to properly handle the dialectical relationship between the pace and quality of urbanization. The purpose is to make the pace of urbanization match the capacity of its environment,and in accordance with the urban development and economic development. The paper reviewed domestic and international research progress on theories, methods and practices in urbanization development quality, pointed out the weak aspect of current study in this field and prospected main research directions in the future. It studied that the theoretical research has explained multi-perspective connotation of quality in urbanization, but people haven't reached an agreement on the quality, lacking the systematical discussion of effective mechanism and regulation of evolution in the quality of development. People have built the standard and models of measuring the quality, but still not used universally. There are two conflicting views that the pace of Chinese urbanization is either too fast or too slow. Although there is no agreement, it has to be admitted that they still have not given priority to improving the quality. From the trend of development, we should pay more attention to study the quality of development on connotation, mechanism, space-time evolutional regulation and the harmony between the developmental level and quality.
