中心区在各类发展因素的影响下，呈现出了特定的空间形态。本文在对其空间形态发展规律深入研究、归纳总结的基础上，提出了相应的同心圆圈层分布规律、自组织竞争择优规律、依轴核延伸拓展规律以及空间不平衡发展规律等中心区空间形态发展的基本规律。并在对各个规律进行详细阐述的基础上，尝试探析其形成的动力机制，以更为准确地把握其空间形态形成的根本所在。 - 关键词：
中心区；空间形态；发展规律； - Abstract: Under the influence of all kinds of development factors, the central district presents a certain space form. Based on in-depth study and summarization of the law of development of the spatial form, this essay put forward the basic laws of development of the spatial form of urban central district, such as law of concentric spheres of the distribution,law of self-organizing competitive preference, law of axis extension and law of unbalance development of space. By elaborating each law, the paper tried to analyze the dynamic mechanism of its formation in order to be more accurate at the key point of the formation of spatial form.
