近年来我国大学城的土地粗放利用现象比较普遍。以广州大学城为研究对象，通过构建大学城土地利用评价指标体系，采用熵值法确定指标权重，计算各高校的综合得分来对土地利用效率进行客观综合评价。参照《普通高等学校建筑规划面积指标》及有关省市《高等学校建设用地指标》等地方高等学校建设用地标准，对广州大学城某高校用地进行定量分析和评价，并针对存在问题提出对策建议，旨在推动大学城土地利用由粗放型向集约型转变。 - 关键词：
大学城；用地标准；土地利用评价；熵值法； - Abstract: The phenomenon of extensive land utilization of university towns existed widely in China in recent years. Taking Guangzhou University Town as evaluation unit, the evaluation index system about university town’s land use was established. The weight of each index was determined by the entropy method, calculating the comprehensive scores of each university to conduct an objective, comprehensive evaluation about the university town’s land use efficiency. The paper refered to several construction standards liking “University buildings planned area of indicators”, quantitatively analyzed a university’s land use in Guangzhou University Town, put forward some suggestions for the existing problems, and aimed at promoting transformation from extensive to intensive land use.
