分析国外养老地产内在动因的基础上指出我国现存养老地产与社会经济状况的不匹配，并提出：我国人口、社会结构层次变迁的内在逻辑是催生我国养老地产发展的原动力；社会保障、政策法规逐步完善和健全等外部环境是我国养老地产的发展依托。由此探讨了我国养老地产三个发展时序，并分别针对每阶段讨论了促进我国养老地产发展的策略思考。 - 关键词：
养老地产; 人口结构; 发展时序; 策略思考 - Abstract: The aging population of our country is becoming increasingly severe as a result of the ¡°silver economy¡±; the old-age real estate has becomes an attraction to the real estate industry. On the basis of analyzing the intrinsic motivation of foreign old-age real estate, this paper pointed out that China's current old-age real estate does not match the social economic situation, and proposed that the inherent logic of our country¡¯s human and social structure changes are the motive power of driving the old-age real estate development, the external environment of the more and more perfect and healthier of the social security and the policies and regulations are the development support of China¡¯s old-age real estate. Thus it explores three developmental timing of China's old-age real estate, and for each stage of development respectively discusses strategic thinking of promoting china's old-age real estate development.
