新加坡在1960 年至今的50 余年时间里，使全国500 余万人口拥有100 多万个居住单位，成为国际认可的拥有最全面公共住屋计划的国家之一。论文以时间为线索，对新加坡组屋建设中的供给体系、空间布局、空间组织等方面进行了分析。针对我国保障房的建设、规划和设计提出了自己的观点，以期为我国新一轮大规模建设的保障性住房提供借鉴。 - 关键词：
新加坡组屋；住房保障；住址空间； - Abstract: Since 1960, Singapore has launched a comprehensive public housing program of one million housing units for more than 5 million people, and become one of the internationally recognized country in the construction of public dwelling houses. Taking the time as a clue, the construction of supply system, spatial layout and spatial organization were analyzed for HDB flats in Singapore in this paper. Some viewpoints about the plan, design and construction of Chinese Security Housing were put forward, which will provide some suggestions for the new round development of public security housing in China.
