由于大型城市绿地场地条件错综复杂，其中配套服务设施的建设用地分布范围需要科学理性的规划设计。研究将适宜性分析引入，形成城市绿地适建性分析。首先分析可能影响建设分布的各项因素，设计分级标准及评分等级。然后借鉴相关技术方法形成综合评价，在城市绿地中设定适宜建设、谨慎建设、禁止建设的区域。从而使大型城市绿地内建设用地的规划设计更具综合性、定量性、精确性。 - 关键词：
城市绿地；适宜性分析；建设用地；影响因子； - Abstract: Based on the complex and complicated background of grand urban green space, it calls for relatively scientific reasonable planning of the distribution of construction area of correlative services supporting facilities. The research introduces suitability analysis, and the suitability analysis of urban green space comes into being. Above all, the analysis probably can produce effects on the influence factors of distribution, the grading standards of design and the evaluation criterion. Secondly, useing the experience of relative technical methods for reference, the comprehensive evaluation can be brought out, and the areas suitable for construction, the areas for cautiously construction and the areas forbidden for construction forms can be stipulated. Accordingly, the planning of construction area in grand urban green space can be more comprehensive, more measurable, and more accurate.
