本文的研究目的在于寻找一种适用于当前长三角地区城市综合就业水平评价及分类的方法。首先构架一个适用于长三角城市的就业水平评价模型，运用层次分析法对获取的全国经济普查数据进行运算处理，得到长三角16 个城市就业的质量和数量指标评价结果，再通过波士顿矩阵对16 个城市进行分类，藉此对长三角城市就业整体特征和分类特征进行分析。结合分析结果，最后提出长三角各个城市就业水平发展的相关建议。 - 关键词：
长三角；就业水平；评价及分类； - Abstract: This paper aims to find a method applicable to evaluate and classify the comprehensive employment level of cities in the Yangtze River Delta. Firstly, this paper builds an evaluation model of urban employment level which is suitable for the cities in the Yangtze River Delta. With the use of the AHP method to process the national economic census data, this paper is able to obtain the evaluation result of the quality and quantity of 16 cities in the Yangtze River Delta. After that, this paper further analyzes the overall characteristics and classification characteristics of urban employment level of the Yangtze River Delta by the means of Boston Index. Finally, some suggestions are put forward for the development of employment levels of cities in the Yangtze River Delta.
