随着我国城市化水平跨过50% 的重要关口，“存量型”规划设计已开始慢慢发展壮大，目前对于这类规划的理论研究还处于初级阶段。本文仅以“存量型”城市居住旧区更新为研究对象，对这类规划进行初步研究，提出“问题导向”型的规划方法及思路，并对关注民生、改善环境，公众参与、协商规划，局部整治、针灸治疗三大规划重点进行了详细阐述。 - 关键词：
存量型；居住旧区更新；问题导向； - Abstract: Along with the important point of our country city level over 50%, inventory planning has begun to grow slowly and developed. The current theoretical research for this kind of planning is still at the primary stage. Taking old living district renewal of the inventory city as the research object, this paper carries on the preliminary study on this kind of planning, puts forward "problem oriented" planning method and ideas, and expounds in details three planning focus of paying attention to people's livelihood, environment improvement, public participation, consultation and planning, part harness, acupuncture therapy.
