- 摘要：
新型社区居民在市民化过程中面临着缺乏认同感与归属感、市场排斥下的职业分化、社会关系网络的解体、价值观念的失范四个方面的困境，为了实现从被动市民化向主动市民化的转变，必须发挥新型社区居民的自身主体性，形成政府、社会、市场和居民四方主动参与和良性互动的格局。 - 关键词：
新型社区；困境；主动型市民化；被动型市民化； - Abstract: The residents in new community are faced with four difficulties: lack of identity and sense of belonging, market exclusion under the occupation differentiation, the disintegration of social relation network and value. In order to achieve the shift from passive to active citizenship, the initiatives of the new community residents must be utilized and the participating and benign interactive patterns of the government, society, market and residents must be formed.
