城市更新是当前我国城市旧城区改造的主要手段，正以空前的规模和速度在全国各地开展起来。城市更新对城市生态环境产生了较大的影响，其中的问题和经验亟待总结。本文总结了我国城市更新进程中出现的一系列生态环境问题，对其成因进行了分析，进而提出了坚持生态环境建设优先、优化生态系统结构和功能、治理旧城区遗留生态环境问题和实施生态环境综合整治的城市更新策略。最后通过梳理国内更新实践案例，为我国城市更新的生态环境建设实践提供相关参考。 - 关键词：
城市更新；生态环境建设；问题；策略；案例； - Abstract: As a primary means of reconstructing old cities, urban renewal has been carried out with unprecedented speed and scale throughout China. Urban renewal has had a large impact on the urban ecological environment (eco-environment), bringing out lots of problems and experiences which need to be summarized urgently. Nowadays, there have been a series of eco-environment problems in the process of China's urban renewal, including urban "constructive" destruction, the broken structure and malfunction of the urban ecosystem, environmental issues without effective solutions and poor environmental infrastructures and supporting facilities in aging regions. On the bases of pointing out some existing problems on eco-environment construction in the processes of urban renewal, the article analyzes the causes of such issues, and then gives some suggestions on the strategies of the urban renewal, such as taking eco-environment construction in priority, consummating the structure and function of urban ecosystem, solving remained environmental issues and managing eco-environment comprehensively. In the last section of the paper, case studies have been made to verify the correctness and practicality of the urban renewal strategies raised above, providing references on instructing the practice and promoting the development of eco-environment construction in China.
