进入21 世纪，单一产业功能的开发区纷纷通过城市功能的植入与完善，实现开发区的“异变”，逐渐发展成为新城（区），而居住作为“城”的第一功能，具有物质与社会的双重属性。本文以南京市江宁经济技术开发区为例，对开发区居住空间的演变过程进行阶段性划分研究，总结出其居住空间的分布格局与特征，提出现阶段开发区居住空间呈现出以自然景观为核心的“圈层+ 扇形”的空间结构模式，并探讨其背后的综合作用机制。 - 关键词：
开发区异变；居住空间；演变过程；空间模式与特征； - Abstract: In the 21st century, along with the cultivation and perfection of the city function, development zone realizes self-mutated, growing into a new town. Residential space being one of the most important function of the city, possesses the attributes of material and space. Taking Jiangning development zone, Nanjing as an example, this paper discusses the stage division of the evolution of residential space, and summarizes the distribution pattern and characteristic of residential space. Then a circle–sector spatial structure model of residential space is generalized, which is based on natural attractions. Finally the comprehensive action mechanism underlying the semblance is analyzed.
