经济增长方式的转变，要求产业结构的调整与升级，更要求空间结构的同步调整与耦合。新时期城乡规划的核心任务就是要提升城市综合竞争力，兼顾公平与效率，加强消费者（居民、企业）空间需求管理，引领社会经济协调发展，保障社会财富积累，为政治体制改革的推进奠定坚实的物质基础。本文采用了G I S 象限方位与缓冲区分析方法对南京城市空间扩展的时空特征进行分析，剖析问题，揭示原因，提出主城功能提升和空间优化的规划思路与措施。 - 关键词：
转型发展；规划转型；优势区位；主城；南京； - Abstract: With the transformation of economic growth model, it is necessary not only to change industrial structure but also to adjust synchronously spatial structure. In the new era, the key task of city planning is to balance equity and efficiency, to enhance the management of consumer(resident, corporation) demands, to lead harmony development of society and economy and to guarantee accumulation of social wealth for the purpose of establishing physical basis of political system reform. This paper studies current constraints and problems related to Nanjing main city, while employing GIS quadrant azimuth and buffer methods, then presents the approaches to promoting city function.
